Meet our founders
I grew up dreaming of becoming Finland’s next football star, but that goal ended with a knee injury during my time in the U.S.
Luckily, around the same time, I discovered a new passion that gave me the same energy and drive, sales and marketing. The fast pace, constant evolution, and need for teamwork felt just like football.
At Meetit, I bring that same mindset to business growth, looking at it from every angle: how to market effectively, build powerful sales funnels, support high-performing teams, and create products people actually want.
Football taught me discipline, how to connect with people from all backgrounds, and the importance of showing up with energy every day, skills I now use to help grow Meetit and the companies we serve.

I joined the army at 17 searching for structure and found discipline, pressure, and the truth: motivation fades, systems win.
After six years of leadership under fire, I left the military and jumped into coaching. I built Performance Unit, grew it to 50+ staff and thousands of clients, and learned how to lead without yelling.
Then came Meetit, born from the same principles: clarity, consistency, execution. We help businesses streamline sales and bookings so they can grow without chaos.
Because real performance isn’t about hustle, it’s about building things that last.
